Shipping Details
Please double check to make sure that you provide the correct address. We are not responsible for lost packages because of address error.
Most items are fulfilled and sent out the same business week they are ordered.
Delivery times vary depending on location and will always come from our store base in Canada. Local and domestic packages will take anywhere between 1-5 business days.
Packages going to United States usually take anywhere between 1-2 business weeks.
Items being delivered internationally may take between 2 - 6 weeks on the longer end.

How Do I Wash My Apparel Products?
Our products all come with washing labels and care instructions. They are machine wash friendly but we strongly recommend that you hand wash and air dry. If machine washed, wash in cold water and air dry. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER.
How Do I Wash My Harness Products?
The Harnesses are machine wash friendly. We suggest putting the harnesses, collars and leashes in a washing bag to avoid scratches on metal and hang-dry. Hand washing is the best option though in terms of longevity of the products.
SIZING
How Do I Find The Right Size for My Dog?
Our styles fit most dogs so please refer to our size guide before purchasing. For most dogs, chest is the most important measurement. Most of our products are made with cotton and polyester so they are stretchy. If you are stuck between two sizes always pick the larger of the two.
My Dog Has an Unique Body Shape, Which Product Do I Choose?
We understand that some dogs may have unique measurements that don't exactly match our size guide. In this scenario, we recommend that you use the chest size as the primary measurement. Most of our products come with draw-strings and buttons so that the neck and back measurements are easily adjusted.
